We are dedicated to making your visit here "Just Like Home." Please enjoy our heated swimming pool, our spacious yard with volleyball court, and our rec/laundry room complete with vending machines and pool table.

All cottages and motel rooms have cable TV with HBO, air conditioning and heat.

Rooms and cottages with kitchen facilities all have basic utensils, dishes, pots & pans, and stovetop coffee percolators. Some units have a kitchenette unit which has a half fridge, two-burner stove and a sink.

All units have private bathrooms. Cottages have stall showers while motel rooms have full tubs. Towels, linens and daily housekeeping are provided.

We allow function tents and/or catering on site at no charge. We only ask that you seek advance approval on arrangements from us.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Pool Policy
Our heated pool is open during our summer months from 9AM to 9PM. Children must be supervised at all times; there is no lifeguard on duty. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

Guest Services
For extra towels, pillows, toilet paper, soap, etc. please visit us at the front desk. A small charcoal grill is a also available free of charge, however we do not supply the charcoal.

Housekeeping
The housekeeping staff will be in to clean your room and replenish your towels each day of your stay. Our general rule with towels is to leave it alone if on a rack and refresh it if on the floor. Our staff is great and they work hard. A good portion of their income comes from tips, so if your room is clean and the staff courteous, please feel free to leave $1 per bed per night or more if you wish. They sincerely appreciate it.

Ice
Each room has ice in their refrigerator. Additional ice can be purchased at the variety store across the street.

Iron & Board
We have an iron and small board available at the front desk.

Laundry
A coin operated laundry is located in the rec/laundry room at the end of the barn, near cottage #10. The rec room is open from mid-May to mid October.

Mail & Messages
The staff will contact you if you have messages or mail. If you receive a call after 10pm you will be notified the following morning, unless it is an emergency. Outgoing mail and postcards can be left at the front desk.

Pets
There is a $15 pet fee per day. We ask that you pick up after your pets and to not let them on our furniture or beds. Failure to pick up after your pet is subject to a $20 fee. Pets are not to be left unattended in or out of a room at any time. We have the right to call Animal Control if pets are left unattended.

Security
Your room is equipped with lock, a deadbolt, and a slide chain for your security. Please identify people through the peephole or window of your door before letting them into your room. For extremely valuable items, there is a safe located on the premises. Please inquire at the front desk.

Snack & Soda Machines
These are located in the rec/laundry room which is at the end of the barn, near cottage #10. The rec room is open from mid-May to mid October.

Telephones
Each motel room has a telephone. Additionally there is a phone in the rec/laundry room located at the end of the barn, near cottage #10. Local and toll free calls are free. Long distance calls need be charged to a calling or credit card. There is no incoming or room to room phone service. Telephone books are in each motel room and in the rec/laundry room. If you get an odd sort of busy signal it means all circuits are occupied; try your call again in a few minutes.

Wakeup
Alarm clocks are available in every cottage and motel room.

Internet Access
A computer and internet access is available in the office free of charge.

Coffee
A complimentary selection of freshly brewed gourmet coffee and teas are available in the office during office hours, 8am to 10pm.
